During July 2018, I spent some weeks at Dar Slimane, a permaculture farm and artist residency outside Marrakech, Morocco. The kind folks there teamed me up with Pikala, a Dutch foundation that “uses bicycles to educate and employ the local youth in the tourism and technique sector.” After holding an art workshop with children from the neighborhood, I used their drawings to create a mural design.
